in a twist from digg-style rating, each person is limited to ten votes, and you can apply up to three on any given topic.\u00c2\u00a0 Unsurprisingly, I immediately voted for <a href=\"http:\/\/obamacto.uservoice.com\/pages\/general\/suggestions\/68758\">Ensure reliable &amp; trustworthy election technologies.<\/a>\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The site&#8217;s very well done, powered by UserVoice, with a straighforward interface.\u00c2\u00a0 Micah Sifry&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techpresident.com\/blog\/entry\/33110\/obama_s_cto_never_mind_who_what_should_s_he_do\">Never Mind Who;
